Specifications︰ | Althrough you simply inject marinade into the meat by puncturing the skin, the marinade and natural juices would leak from the bird during the cooking process .For the best results,it is recommended that you carefully lift the skin from the meat and insert the needle completely into the meat under the skin rather that through it .This procedure will keep the marinade and natural juices from leaking out of the bird as the meat is seared over the heat,sealing in the flavor.It is also helpful to re-insert the needle into the meat in the several directions through the same hole,as this will direct the marinade in different areas of the meat.Depending on the amount of flavour you desire ,use as much marinade as you like.Once marinated,the meat can be immediately cooked or it can be placed in the refrigerator overnight for extra flavor. |
